I'm a full-time nurse and a part-time student. I'm currently working on my second degree, because I want a better job that pays me more. Which is the American Dream, I think. I just got back from a year in England, and it's given me a better appreciation of American food. |

I live in North Carolina, and I get a geeky thrill whenever I see my home state mentioned in any type of major media. No, I don't know why. Like John Mellancamp, I was born in a small town. I'll be damned if I die here, though. |

I'm planning on putting a few more stamps in my passport before I settle down and "act like an adult", whatever that means. I love to travel with friends, but I've come to get a little thrill from traveling alone and negotiating new environments on my own. |
